Where to send a notice

Use the address on the contact page. Put DMCA in the subject line so the message is routed correctly.

What a valid notice contains

• The exact URL of every page on VexuGames you want removed.
• The copyrighted work you believe is infringed, with enough detail to identify it.
• Your name, the rights holder you represent if that is not you, and a way to reach you.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
• A physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Complete notices are handled within 48 hours. The listed pages are taken offline and the download links removed. Notices missing the information above are answered with a request for what is missing rather than ignored.

Counter-notices

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice can be sent to the same address. It must identify the removed material, state under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, give your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of your local court.

Repeat notices

Games that receive a valid notice are not re-listed, and rights holders who ask for a standing block on a title or a publisher's catalogue get one.
